1. Enrollment
Enrollment is confirmed only after our admissions team verifies the payment reference number you submit. Verification normally takes 24 to 48 hours. Submitting the registration form reserves your slot provisionally; it does not by itself guarantee a confirmed seat.
2. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide true, current and complete information. Incorrect contact details may delay or prevent delivery of your Student ID, schedule and access credentials. Falsified payment references will result in immediate cancellation of the enrollment.
3. Fees and Payment
Program fees are payable in Philippine Pesos via BDO bank transfer or InstaPay QR to the account published on this website. BDO to BDO transfers are free; fees imposed by non-BDO banks or e-wallet providers are for your account. Always keep your transfer receipt.
4. Student ID
Each learner is issued a unique Student ID in the format CMG-AIPH-2026-XXXXX. Your Student ID is personal, non-transferable, and required for all correspondence, class access and certificate requests.
5. Schedules and Changes
We reserve the right to adjust session dates, facilitators, delivery mode or batch assignments where operationally necessary. Affected learners will be notified by email and offered a comparable alternative schedule.
6. Cancellations, Transfers and Refunds
Requests to transfer to a later batch must be made at least seven (7) days before your first session and are accommodated once, subject to seat availability. Fees are non-refundable once a program has commenced. Where a program is cancelled by us and no alternative schedule is acceptable to you, the fee paid is refunded in full.
7. Course Materials and Intellectual Property
All curricula, slide decks, templates, recordings and written materials remain the intellectual property of Coaching Masterminds Group. They are licensed to you for personal learning use only. Reproduction, resale, public distribution or use in competing training is prohibited.
8. Learner Conduct
We expect respectful, professional conduct in all sessions and community channels. Harassment, discriminatory behaviour, unauthorised recording, or sharing of access credentials may result in removal from the program without refund.
9. Certification
Certificates are issued to learners who meet the attendance and output requirements of their program. Certification recognises completion of the program and is not a government licence or accreditation.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our programs provide education and coaching. We do not guarantee specific business, income, employment or academic outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, our aggregate liability arising from your enrollment is limited to the program fee you paid.
11. Data Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Data Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
